Harley Joffe is the founder and president of Cozy Table Productions. At an early age, a pivotal television pilot feedback session with CBS Paramount’s President of Television, sparked Harley’s entrance into the industry. With the added opportunities to meet and mingle with producers, directors, agents, and actors on the sets of Deal or No Deal? and How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days, Harley knew she wanted to be a producer.

Next up, was a development internship with Fox 2000 (a division of 20th Century Fox) where she provided script coverage, casting ideas, and development support under industry veterans Elizabeth Gabler and Marisa Paiva for Fault in Our Stars, Transcendence, The Book Thief and Monuments Men among many other feature projects. A hop across the border to Toronto, landed Harley at the independent production company CCI Entertainment. She would spend the next 3 years honing her skill set and knowledge of the business as their Production & Development Manager — tasked with managing IP, developing show ideas, creating marketing materials, pitching broadcasters, and establishing a network of partners and collaborators both domestically and abroad. The ‘on-set’ environment next called her name, so Harley stepped into a Unit Manager position with Toronto-based content producer Marblemedia on Season 1 of the Canadian remake of the hit children’s game show Just Like Mom & Dad.
